You will need to include details for all tenants and their guarantors. Once submitted, you will be directed to a screen to pay the holding deposit of £100 per person. This will secure your application.
Please note that once you submit your application the property will appear as let agreed on the website - which means it has been reserved for you. To secure the property you must complete the payment process which is displayed after submitting your application.
The holding deposit paid will be set against the full deposit due when the tenancy agreement has been signed. If you withdraw your application, you will forfeit the holding deposit paid. If the landlord withdraws the property, or does not accept your application, the holding deposit paid will be refunded.
